How To Share Outlook Calendars

This solution will guide you through how to share your calendar with another person there, are various levels of permissions to choose from. You can specify permissions to a calender for each individual.
Instructions:
If you are wanting to share your calendar with another person, follow the below steps.
1. Open Outlook on your computer
2. Click on the calendar Icon on the left hand side of your Outlook window
3. Find your calendar on the left hand side of your Outlook, it should be under "My Calendars" and called "Calendar"
4. Right click on "Calendar" and click "Sharing Permissions"
5. This will bring up a box that shows who you are sharing your calendar with
Click on "Add"
6. This will bring up everyone in the organisation, you can search using the search bar, type in the person you want to find and click the arrow pointing to the right
7. Double click the person so it shows their name down the bottom of the box and click "OK"
8. Now you are able to click on their name and select the permissions you want to give them. Please see below for the access each permission level will give. Once you have given the correct permissions, click "OK" to finalise this.
Permissions definition:
Can view when I'm busy - Those sharing your calendar with this permission level can only see which times you're available
Can view titles and locations - Those sharing your calendar with this permission level will see availability and the subject and meeting location
Can view all details - Those sharing your calendar with this permission level will see all details of your appointments, just like what you see.
Can edit - same as view as details and allows editing of your calendar
Delegate - lets them not only edit your calendar, but also schedule and respond to meetings on your behalf.
